8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings;
a. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2020/2021 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets.
b. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2021/2022.
c. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2021/2022.
d. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2021/2022 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund.
e. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water'; dedicated transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2021/2022.
f. The City Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for approval a resolution adopting an amendment to the Wellsville City Employee handbook & guideline.
