Pursuant to City Code 2.14.060(A) and Utah Code section 52-4-207(2), the Board hereby adopts a rule permitting electronic meetings of the Airport Advisory Board, regardless of whether a quorum is present at an anchor location, so long as such meetings comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act.
