- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 15 June 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 18 May 2021 4. Petitions & Communications: Nolan & Alex Clawson, concerning subdivision of one (1) one-acre lot, located at corner of 100 East 100 South, into two (2) conforming 1/2 acre lots 5. Business: Discuss hiring of new secretary for Planning & Zoning Committee 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
