WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on July 6, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on July 13, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-9-2021, filed by Russell Platt To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from General Commercial to High Density Residential (12 to 20 units/acre) and a zone change from C-2 (General Commercial) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 2351 S Redwood Rd. on 1.81 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments.
