Text Amendment - 13.14, 13.04, 13.100; Accessory Dwelling Units, Permitted within Single Family Zones Review and recommendation to City Council on proposed updating and clarifying amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to State of Utah Legislation modifying provisions related to single-family housing and classification of accessory dwelling units as a permitted land use. Text Amendment - Chp. 13 Land Use Development Code; Schedule of Land Use Fees and Fines Review and recommendation to City Council on proposed amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations clarifying and consolidating references to the City's Fee and Fine structure for land uses and land use violations.
