The meeting's agenda is as follows: 1.Welcome 2.Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5.Consider for approval "A resolution of the council of Wellsville City, Cache County, Utah (the "Council") authorizing the execution by the issuer of a fourth supplemental Indenture of Trust and pledge dated as of December 1, 2008 by and between the council and Zions First National Bank, as trustee, (the "trustee") to change the definition of a "qualified investments" and to make corresponding changes to certain sections thereof.6. Consider for approval the "Fourth supplemental Indenture of Trust dated as of December 1, 2008 by and between Wellsville City, Cache County, Utah and Zions First National Bank and supplementing General Indenture of Trust dated as of August 1, 1987". 7.Consider for approval the "Waiver and consent to amendment of General Indenture" as it relates to the General Indenture dated August 1, 1987 and the fourth supplemental indenture dated December 1, 2008. 8.Consider for approval a "Bicycle Signage Project Interlocal Agreement" between Wellsville City and Cache County Corporation.
