Citizen input 8. Melissa Webster-business license-Red Tree Accounting 9. Nicole Rozanski-business license-Massage therapy 10. Amberlee Taylor-business license-Salon 11. At 6:30 conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider a code amendment to amend Title 9, Chapter 3, "Flood Damage Prevention" to repeal the existing code and adopt and entire new code to comply with new regulation. 12. Jake Harrison-eagle scout project 13. Approval of the Final Plat for Phase 2 of Sterling Ridge Subdivsion 14. Jeremie Poppleton-update of the fire dept 15. Adopt code ammendment to alow fences, hedges, shrubs, or walls to be erected in any required front yard to a height not to exceed forty two inches (42") 16. Review for approval the tenative budgets which was presented at the April 20, 2011 council meeting 17. Department reports 18. City Manager/Recorders report
