- Notice of Meeting Historic Preservation Commission City of St. George Washington County, Utah Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Hall Conference Room, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 commencing at 11:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order 1. TRAINING REGARDING 10-13-E ST. GEORGE ARTS DISTRICT OVERLAY ZONE, LANDMARK SITES, AND THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION 2. EXTERIOR MODIFICATION Consider a request to make modifications to the existing building and build an addition to the back of the existing building located at 76 East Tabernacle Street. 3. MINUTES Consider approval of the March 31, 2021 meeting minutes.
