NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State
Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
A request to amend the Lindon City sign code, Title 18.03, to allow for Gasoline Price Signs.
Application is made by Impact Signs.
A request to amend the Lindon City Standard Land Use Table to adopt proximity restrictions
from primarily residential zones for Wedding/Event Reception Centers and to amend Title 17.18
regarding parking regulations for Wedding/Event Reception Centers. Application is made by
Lindon City.
The planning commission encourages the public take appropriate Covid-19 precautions. The All
interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this
petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at
planningdept@lindoncity.org. Anyone interested can view the meeting through a live broadcast
