- Notice of Candidate Filing I, Christine Webb, Grantsville City Recorder, in accordance with Utah Code Section 20A-9-203(8) do declare that the following candidates have filed for the offices indicated within Grantsville City. The Primary Election being held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Grantsville City Council 2 positions - 4-year terms Rhett Butler Scott L. Bevan Derek Dalton Joshua J. Schultz Erik A. Stromberg Jolene Jenkins Nate Jones Brad Homier Grantsville City Mayor 1 position - 4-year term Todd Stewart Scott Stice Neil Critchlow Max Chavez
