- 2021 HOOPER CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION I, Heather Nielsen Hooper City Recorder, hereby give notice that upon the expiration of the period for filing a declaration of candidacy for the 2021 Election, the following individuals have declared candidacy and will appear on the ballot: CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATE 4-YEAR TERM DISTRICT 1 & 2.
