- Notice of Candidate Filing I, Ashlee Wanless, Stockton Town Clerk, in accordance with Utah Code Section 20A-9-203(8) do declare that the following candidates have filed for the offices indicated within the Town of Stockton. A Primary election is not required. The General Election will be held November 2, 2021 Stockton Town Mayor Joe Johnston Nando Meli 2 Council position's- 4-year terms Henry D.
