- MILLVILLE CANDIDATES FOR 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION The following individuals have filed a Declaration of Candidacy with Millville City: Mayor (vote for 1) ROBERT LEE CUDNEY DAVID N. HAIR Councilmember (vote for 2) CLAY WILKER DANIEL GRANGE The general election will be on November 2, 2021. No primary election will be held. The General Election sample ballot is attached.
