Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold a 6:00 pm work session and its regular meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 10, 2021 6:00 pm Work Session to discuss the Hart Subdivision Phase 4, and proposed ordinance changes 1. Open public hearing to consider the request of a re-zone of the Sonia and Val Fisher property located at approximately 1250 North 2000 West, parcel numbers 15-004-0074 and 15-004-0075, from the A-1 to the R-1-15 zone c. Close public hearing and proceed with the regular meeting d. Recommendation to the City Council of action on a re-zone of the Sonia and Val Fisher property located at approximately 1250 North 2000 West, parcel numbers 15-004-0074 and 15-004-0075, from the A-1 to the R-1-15 zone e. Recommendation to the City Council of action on the Fisher Family Homestead two-lot subdivision located at approximately 1300 North 2000 West f. Set a public hearing for June 24, 2021 to consider the request of a conditional use permit for an accessory building over 2,000 square feet for Ricky Yorgason located at 2868 West 3325 North g. Discussion on the Petersen West concept plan - Jim Flint 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated May 27, 2021 5. Mayor/Council Follow-up a. Report on Assignments 6.
