- NOTICE is hereby given regarding a public hearing before the Vineyard Planning Commission on June 16, 2021 at 6 pm and City Council on June 23, 2021 at 6 pm located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059, for proposed amendments to the Vineyard Zoning Ordinance Chapter 15.34.060 Accessory Dwelling Units to modify regulations for consistency with State Code provisions approved under H.B. 82 Single-family Housing Modifications. Amendments include removing floor area requirements, exterior entrance provisions, internal connection between units, allowing ADUs within garages and others. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting.
