- CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, the 15th day of June, 2021 beginning as close to 6:00 pm as possible. The purpose of the first hearing is to review proposed updating and clarifying amendments to Title 13, of the City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to the City's Fee and Fine structure for certain land uses and land use violations The purpose of the second hearing is to review proposed amendments to Title 13, as per State of Utah legislation, that modifies provisions related to single-family housing, specifically to permit certain accessory dwelling units as a permitted land use. The purpose of the third hearing is to review proposed amendments to Title 13, as per State of Utah legislation, modifying public noticing requirements. Interested parties are encouraged to watch the video stream of the meeting on the City of Holladay's website The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website www.cityofholladay.com.
