WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF an electronic study meeting to be held on June 16, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in on June 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission, both using Zoom at: https://zoom.us/j/95328405803, on the following application: Application #Z-4-2021, filed by Greg Wilson To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to BRP (Business/Research Park). The property is located at 1078 W Parkway Avenue on 0.1 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 3rd day of June 2021.
