Description/Agenda: MIDVALE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will be considering a text amendment to modify public notice requirements in Chapter 17-3 of the Midvale City Municipal Code. This is a Midvale City-initiated request. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting in person or view the meeting at the following link: https://www.MidvaleCity.org/PublicMeetings. Comments will be accepted in person or in writing. All comments will be presented to and considered by the Council and made part of the public record.
