Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, June 24, 2021 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM and its purpose is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Eric Wilde; located at approximately 4277 West 3600 North. The Petitioner has proposed that the property be rezoned from A-1 to RE-30. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
