- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing on YouTube and Facebook at: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17. For more information on how to participate in this digital meeting go to: https://www.provo.org/departments/development-services. Item 1 - Jeff Knighton requests Project Plan approval for the remodel including an additional third floor for the Winston Building, located at 285 W Center Street in the General Downtown (DT1) zone. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Development Services Department at (801) 852-6400 before 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting to make arrangements.
