- Request for Qualifications Curbside Collection - Glass Recycling Services REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) The City of South Salt Lake invites interested vendors to submit a Statement of Qualifications to allow the City to extend a contract for the curbside collection and recycling of residential glass products. Each Respondent must submit an electronic copy (.pdf format) of their responses addressed to: City Recorder, City of South Salt Lake by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on Friday, June 25, 2021. The City will not consider responses received after that date and time. Electronic copies must be submitted to cburton@ssl.com and aandrus@sslc.com Proposals should be prepared and submitted as described in the Request for Qualifications. The complete Request for Qualifications, and instructions are available from Utah Supplier Portal at https://purchasing.utah.gov/for-vendors/ or at www.sslc.com or by request to the City Recorder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in the City's sole discretion, to cancel, edit, or remove any of the RFQ in whole or in part, or to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the City
