- The Richmond City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of making adjustments to the current fiscal year budget for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 and discussing the new budget for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
