TOWN OF ORDERVILLE BOARD MEETING AGENDA The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: Minutes of the previous meeting: Bills presented for payment: BUSINESS: 1. Kane County Commissioner - Wade Heaton - County EMS Discussion and Information 2. Recommendations from the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for approval a Conditional Use Permit for Richard & Valerie White for a short-term vacation rental located at 270 W. Scrub Oak Drive; Consider for approval a Conditional Use Permit for Alex Pavlides for a short-term vacation rental located at 85 E. Frost Lane; Consider for approval a Conditional Use Permit for Anthony Terrando for a short-term vacation rental located at 618 W. Cedar Drive; Consider for approval a Conditional Use Permit for Bryan & Afton Jarrett for a short-term vacation rental located at 699 W. Cedar Drive 3. Consider for Approval the following Business Licenses: Order Rock Investments, LLC; My Zion Vacation, LLC (short-term rental and management company); Cliffs Edge Orderville Cabin; White Cliffs Vista at East Zion; Abundant Acres Corporation 4. Ed Bolander - Orderville Planning and Zoning Chairman: Discuss Recreational Vehicles used as Vacation Rentals in Commercial Zones 5. Laura Wilson - Share her ideas for Recreational Vehicles regulations 6. Review and Consider for Approval Work Release No. 2021-1: Sunrise Cloud SMART GIS - GIS Mapping and Management Services - Culinary Water System 7. Review and Consider for Approval a Contract for Quarterly Fiscal Incentive Grant with Utah Division of Parks and Recreation OHV Program and OHV Advisory Council for Orderville 'Trail 360 Project' Mapping Project 8.
