Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Resolutions/Ordinances:
Ordinance 21-05: An Ordinance Providing for the Compensation of Elected and Statutory Officers of Nibley City
Ordinance 21-09: Rezone of Parcel 03-021-0003, located at 3105 S 700 W from I-Industrial to R-2A-Residential
Ordinance 21-10: Addendum to the Development Agreement for Ridgeline Park Subdivision Regarding Water Assessment Requirements
Ordinance 21-11: Ordinance 21-11: Amending Nibley City Code: 19.24.060 Accessory Buildings in Residential Zones; Setback Standards for Accessory Buildings
Ordinance 21-12: Amending Nibley City Code 21.02.130: Prohibition on Subdivision; Exceptions to Prohibitions for City Council/Mayor to Subdivide Property
Ordinance 21-13: Amending Requirements Related to Public Notice and Public Hearing Requirements
Ordinance 21-14: Amending Nibley City Code 9.02: Animal Control
Resolution 21-14: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-21, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY AND OTHER BUDGETARY MATTERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 AND ADJUSTING CERTAIN FEES AND PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES (First Reading)
When: June 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
