AGENDA Highland Arts Council Meeting JUNE 2, 2021 AT 6:00 p.m. Highland City Community Center 5378 W 10400 N Highland, Utah 84003 HIGHLAND ARTS COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT: OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE ENRICHMENT FOR ALL THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES IN OUR COMMUNITY CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Shauna Larson (Chairman) KeriLynn Lenhart Ellen Burns Elaine Roundy Jordana Burns Linda Littlefield Kurt Ostler (City Council Rep) Kelly Gummow CHAIRMAN ISSUES: Call for Restarts for Art Council Events Focus on Highland Fling and Art Show STEPHANNIE COTTLE: TRAINING FOR OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Each director report, Childrens Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes Shauna and Linda, Youth Theatre by Ellen, Workshop in June, Linda Art Club and Graphics, any City requests, Kurt, Input from Elaine and ideas for Art Show Next Board Meeting: , July 7 at 6 pm at the Community Center Building ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that on this 1st day of June, the above agenda was posted in three public places within Highland City limits. Agenda also posted on State (http://pmn.utah.gov) and City website (www.highlandcity.org).
