- 1. Roll Call (5 min) Eric Egenolf 2. Approve Minutes from April 8, 2021 Meeting (3 min) Action Item 3. Review of Public Comments (2 min) The Cultural Core Budget Committee accepts public comments in the following formats: Written comments may be submitted vial email to lucas@downtownslc.org or to the Downtown SLC Presents offices, 175 East 400 South, Suite 600, Salt Lake City, UT no later than two hours prior to the meeting start time on the day of the meeting. Verbal comments of two minutes or less are accepted at the meeting. 4. Current Business A. Year 5 Plan and Budget Q & A (30 min) BLOCKS Staff i. Open dialogue/final questions regarding year 5 plan and budget B. VOTE on Year 5 plan and budget - Action Item C. Next Meeting Discussion (15 min) Eric Egenolf and Grace Lin i. Topic: goals/metrics to be determined by committee ii. Date, time, length 5. Next Meeting: TBD 6.
