MIDVALE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The City Council will be considering a request from David Burton, representing Grip6, for a text amendment to allow modify certain use and parking standards in the Regional Commercial (RC) and Clean Industrial (CI) zones. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting in person or view the meeting at the following link: https://www.MidvaleCity.org/PublicMeetings. Comments will be accepted in person or in writing. If you would like to provide written comments or have questions on this item, please contact Alex Murphy, Planning Director, at AMurphy@midvale.com or (801) 567-7231. All comments will be presented to and considered by the Council and made part of the public record.

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
