Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on Monday June 7th 2021 beginning at 6:30 pm at Big Water Town Hall located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah, the Big Water Planning and Zoning Board will consider a subdivision application for Lone Rock Views filed by Mike Crowther and pertaining to recently consolidated parcels B-24-79, B-24-80, B-24-81, B-24-82, and B-24-83. The subdivision will consist of 45 townhomes in 2-4 unit buildings. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear, either in person or via the zoom link that will be provided with the meeting agenda; and will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each person will be limited to 2 minutes of comments which is non-transferable and non-sharable.
