NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State
Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
A request to amend the Lindon City zoning map and general plan for the properties located at
approximately 523 W. 400 S. with Parcel Numbers 40:283:0007 and 17:015:0121. The proposal
is to amend the current zoning from Planned Commercial 1 (PC-1) and Research and Business
(RB) to Mixed Commercial and the General Plan from Commercial and Research and Business
to Mixed Commercial. Application is made by Kent Nitta.
A request to amend ordinance 17.32.110(5) to allow and adopt standards for double frontage
lots. Application is made by Millhaven Homes.
The planning commission encourages the public take appropriate Covid-19 precautions. The All
interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this
petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at
