NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Gunnison Main Street Revitalization Committee will hold a special Work Meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 6:00 p.m. 1) Overview of funding package and projected time line 2) Define parameters of the project 3) Review project goals 4) Review public input 5) Discuss Concept Design 6) Discuss design details in context with parameters, goals, and input 7) Explore opportunities to utilize volunteers, additional grants, and donated material 8) Make assignments and schedule next meeting 9) Adjourn Note: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & Accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
