- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF ORDINANCE C-1, C-2, AND C-3 ZONING ORDINANCE * PUBLIC NOTICE: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Meeting on the 2nd Day of June, 2021 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible. West Haven City Council will consider amending the C-1, C-2, and C-3 commercial zoning ordinance.
