NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE MORGAN CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
MORGAN, UTAH
Notice is hereby given that the Morgan City Redevelopment Agency of Morgan, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 5:45 p.m. The City Council will receive public comment electronically regarding the following:
Open and Adjust 2020 - 2021 Fiscal Year Budget
Final Adoption of the 2021 - 2022 Fiscal Year Budget
This public meeting will be held in a 'hybrid' in person / electronic format in accordance with House Bill 5002, Open and Public Meetings Act Amendments, signed into law on June 25, 2020. In-person attendance will be allowed in the Morgan City Council Room, 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic and to accommodate social distancing, attendance will be monitored and limited to 12 individuals, including the Governing Body and staff. Masks are encouraged. Public participation will be allowed via ZOOM, and the meeting will be streamed live on the Morgan City YouTube Channel and available for viewing on the City's website - morgancityut.org.
