Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with Section 10-3-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly act on a proposed plat amendment for Lot 36 Quarry Mountain Ranch Subdivision. The public hearing will be held:
Tuesday, June 8, 2021
Beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Property owner, Todd Lustbader, requests a plat amendment to reconfigure an existing building pad to allow for a future pool and patio area west of the existing house.
