13.A ORDINANCE/PUBLIC HEARING - An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Adopting the Eagle Mountain City Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget.
*This is not an action item; public hearing only.
BACKGROUND: (Presented by Finance Director Kimberly Ruesch) State statute requires that the City Council hold a public hearing on the tentative budget and that the budget be adopted by June 30. The tentative budget was accepted by the City Council on May 4, 2021. The final budget will be adopted on June 15, 2021 and will be the document that governs the expenditures for FY 2021-2022.

13.B ORDINANCE/PUBLIC HEARING - An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Approving an Amendment to the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Chapter 16.35 Development Standards for Required Public Facilities.
BACKGROUND: (Presented by Senior Planner Tayler Jensen) The proposed amendment to Municipal Code will guide community mailbox placement to meet USPS requirements, provide mailboxes within close walking distances of all dwelling units, and to prevent the blocking of travel lanes.

14.B RESOLUTION - Resolution of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Approving the First Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Eagle Mountain Redevelopment Agency and Eagle Mountain City for the Collection and Remittance of Incremental Property Taxes Collected from Property within the Sweetwater Industrial Park Community Reinvestment Area #2.
BACKGROUND: (Presented by Economic Development Director Aaron Sanborn) The City Council adopted Resolution R-03-2021 on March 16, 2021 approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Eagle Mountain Redevelopment Agency and Eagle

Mountain City for the Collection and Remittance of Incremental Property Taxes Collected from Property within the Sweetwater Industrial Park Community Reinvestment Area #2. The proposed resolution amends the agreement to include a provision that addresses previously approved water agreements with Central Utah Water Conservancy District.
