Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 16, 2021. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to hear allow the public to comment on the following: Proposed Changes to City Code Title 10-2-1 Definitions- Amending the Definition of Finished Grade and Natural Grade. Proposed Changes to City Code Title 10-2-1 Definitions- Proposal to Add a Definition for Finished Grade Plan and Natural Grade Plane Proposed Change to City Code Title 10-11-8 B(5) Sports Courts- Proposed changes to required setbacks.
