CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of June 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Fawcett - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 18, 2021 2. Business - Steve McBride - Smart Rain Controller - Cemetery Road Repairs 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember N. Sparks - May Warrant List - LUDMA - Youth Council - Pony Express Days Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Animal Control - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Parks Department - Sports Councilmember J. Buttars - Cemetery Department - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - July 13, 2021 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
