- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Springville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center City Council Chambers located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to join and comment on the following: 1) Consideration to amend to Official Zone Map from the R1-15 Single-Family Residential Zone to the R1-8 Single-Family Residential Zone on property located at 550 N 1500 W identified as Parcel Number 23:029:0031. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861. Published in the Daily Herald on May 29, 2021.
