A Study Session will be held a week prior to the Public Hearing on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. and a Planning Commission Pre-Meeting will be held the day of the Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m.
Preliminary application information will be available here by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be available by 12:00 pm on Monday, June 7, 2021.
Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, please be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments.
