PUBLIC NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request to change the General Plan from BP (Business Park) to M-1 (Manufacturing) on approximately 12.33 acres generally located at Enterprise Dr and Commerce in the Fort Peirce Business Park. The applicant and representative is Austin Atkin. The project will be known as Fort Pierce 8 General Plan Amendment. Case No. 2021-GPA-008. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
