TOOELE CITY WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY 2021 UPGRADES ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate sealed Bids for the completion of the WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY 2021 UPGRADES Project will be received by the owner at: TOOELE CITY HALL - RECORDER'S OFFICE 90 NORTH MAIN TOOELE, UTAH 84074 At prevailing local time until Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM MDT. The WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY 2021 UPGRADES (Hereafter referred to as 'Project') consists of replacement and improvement of existing wastewater treatment equipment including: headworks channel covers, clarifier internal mechanism and appurtenances, diffuser membranes, polymer feed system, and vertical turbine support plate. Completion of the Project shall be substantially completed by 270 days of Notice to Proceed. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be available Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at: Bid documents will be posted to the online portal www.questcdn.com, document #7862022 as electronic portable document format (pdf) files for a non-refundable fee of $15.00. The costs to prepare Bids as described in the Bidding Documents are the sole responsibility of the Bidder. For questions contact Gary Vance, J-U-B Engineers: 801-547-0393, gvance@jub.com. A pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday June 9, 2021 11:00 AM MDT. Representatives, Owner, and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. While attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory, prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The last day for questions shall be Tuesday June 15, 2021. All questions will be answered via addendum. Only those who have their name on the plan holders list will receive addenda. A five percent (5%) bid bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality.
