2.b Residential Subdivision: The Silos at Riverbend, a 53-lot residential subdivision to be located at 12700 South 1300 West. Scott Yermish with Priority Builders, applicant.
2.c Commercial Site Plan Amendment: 'Big O Tires' to be located in an existing commercial building at 2154 West 12600 South, Jon Galbraith, applicant.
2.d Zone Text Change: Riverton City is proposing changes to the Land Use Code for Noticing Public Hearings.

3.a Amended Commercial Building: 'Walmart' located at 13502 South Hamilton View Road.
3.b Amended Commercial Building: 'Tajila Commercial' located at 1605 W 12600 South. (continued from the May 6, PC meeting).
3.c Final Commercial Site Plan: 'Mister Car Wash' located at 4627 West 13400 South. This is amending the building architecture of a previously approved commercial site plan.

Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
