Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE #2021-02-04 AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 20 CHAPTER 10 NONCONFORMING BUILDINGS AND USES The Town of Genola Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regularly rescheduled meeting on Thursday June 3, 2021 at 7:00pm in the public safety building located at 455 North Main, Genola Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on a proposed ordinance amendment to Title 20 Chapter 10 Nonconforming Buildings and Uses. All interested personal will be given the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the proposed Amendment is available at the Genola Town office for review at 74 W 800 S Genola, Utah. Posted in the Genola Town office, the Public Safety Building, The Utah Public Website, and genola.org on or before May 19th, 2021.
