- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA Tooele County Planning Commission The Tooele County Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on June 2, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers (3rd Floor) at the Tooele County Building, 47 South Main Street, Tooele Utah. Please use the link below for to access the online meeting, where the public can choose to attend, and comments can be made during the public hearings listed below. Motion to move July 7, 2021 Meeting to June 30, 2021 (scheduling conflict on July 7th). 4. Staff Update regarding General Plan. 5. CUP 2021-069 - Jeff Howcroft (PacifiCorp) is requesting conditional use approval of a PacifiCorp Substation in support of the Horseshoe Solar Project. Parcel ID: 04-088-0-0011. Approximate Site Location: located immediately north of I-80, to the west of Waterfowl Road. Unincorporated: Skull Valley. Planner: Jeff Miller 6. Open Public Hearing (CUP 2021-069) 7. Close Public Hearing (CUP 2021-069) 8. SUB 2021-066 - Jason Harris is requesting approval of the concept plan for the Heritage Estates Subdivision. Parcel ID: 03-017-0-0061. TCLUO 2021-043 - Robbie Thompson is requesting an ordinance update to the table of uses in Chapter 17 of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance regarding the usage of trailers as dwellings in a commercial zone. TCLUO 2021-071 - Caleb and Brandie Knoblauch are requesting an ordinance update to Land Use Table 15-5-3.2(n) of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance regarding, 'storage, placement, keeping, locating, parking, maintaining, keeping of commercial, construction, military surplus or specialized equipment.'.
