- May 24, 2021 Public Notice: Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, this notice is hereby given that Santa Clara City intends to contract to prepare, and then prepare amendment(s), to the June 2019 update of the Parks and Trails Impact Fee Facilities Plan & Impact Fee Analysis and/or the April 2015 update of the Santa Clara City Storm Water Master Plan with Impact Fee Analysis according to the requirements of the State of Utah. The impact fee service area for this analysis includes the entire city limits.
