Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes 2. Request for a Home Business license: Sabrina Starks is requesting a home business license at 239 West 100 South. 3. Request for a Home Business license: Avral Hansen is requesting a home business license at 474 South Main 4. New Land Use Ordinance: Committee will continue to review the new Land Use Ordinance. 5.
