The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following
items which will be discussed and considered:
Recommendation for an Addendum to the Development Agreement for Ridgeline Park Subdivision
regarding water assessment requirements
Recommendation to amend 'Nibley City Code 21.02.130: Prohibition on Subdivision' regarding
exceptions to prohibitions for City Council/Mayor to subdivide property.
Recommendation to amend 'Nibley City Code: 19.24.060 Accessory Buildings in Residential Zones'
regarding setback standards for accessory buildings
Recommendation to amend requirements related to Public Notice and Hearing Requirements
Recommendation to Rezone Parcel 03-021-0003, located at 3105 S 700 W from I- Industrial to R-2AResidential.
