Description/Agenda: Municipal Election Offices for the Town of Goshen The Town of Goshen will hold the Municipal Election on November 2, 2021 utilizing Rank Choice Voting (RCV). More information on the RCV will be sent out to the residents of Goshen. Vacancies to be filled are Mayor a 4-term and two (2) Councilmembers 4- year terms. Declaration of candidacy forms or nomination petitions must be filed in person, or by a designated agent if the candidate is out of the state during the entire filing period with the Goshen Town Clerk during the hours 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. during the Candidate filing period. The Candidate filing period begins August 10 and ends August 17, 2021. The Town of Goshen will not be holding a primary election. The Town office is located at 10 West Main Street, Goshen.
