- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: Subdivision Amendment - Request of Larry and Joyce Mower for a two-lot subdivision amendment called End of Rhoades Estate located at approximately 1518 S 4000 W in the R-1 zone (Single-Family Residential). Rezone - Request of Psion Homes for a rezone of approximately 26 acres located at approximately 1693 W 2700 S from General Commercial (GC), Agricultural (A-1), and R-1/R-2 (Single-Family Residential) to Planned Residential Development (PRD). Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder in excess of three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission Category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
