PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: 1. Internal Accessory Dwelling Units - A Permitted Use in All Primarily Residential Zones. 2. Air B and B units within city limits. In compliance with ADA, citizens needing auxiliary communicative aids and accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
