Description/Agenda: The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on 2 March 2021: Ordinance 2021-03 amending Section 16.26.13 of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding vested rights. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on 6 April 2021: Ordinance 2021-08 approving the Midway Crest Annexation and designating zoning to apply to the annexation property. Ordinance 2021-09 vacating the Saddle Creek Ranch PUD plat map, and related matters.
